Involved Users and Customers
The primary customer segment is intentionally focused on the energy sector, particularly grid operators, who have a pressing need to balance grid stability and investments amidst increasing PV penetration. While grid operators remain the primary target segment, the study also identified additional energy-sector actors with similar requirements for accurate PV forecasting and system-level visibility, enabling parallel uptake beyond DSOs.
